Direct Selling & Network Rules
Users registering as Direct Sellers or Privilege Customers acknowledge that:
Must provide accurate PAN, bank details, and address proof before payout approval.
Deceptive recruiting, misleading medical claims, or cross-sponsoring is strictly prohibited.
All commissions and bonuses are subject to TDS deductions under the Indian Income Tax Act.
MedicalWorld reserves the right to terminate accounts violating consumer protection guidelines.
Products, Pricing & Payments
We strive to display product specifications, prices (MRP, Distributor Price, and Sales Volume), and availability as accurately as possible. Prices and offers are subject to change in accordance with commercial guidelines.
All online transactions are securely encrypted and processed via Razorpay. We do not store sensitive payment credentials.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. MedicalWorld and yourself irrevocably consent that the competent courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these terms.
