Return Window & Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within seven (7) days from the recorded delivery date.

Items are eligible for return if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, batch seals, labels, and accessories are intact.
  • The item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Health & Hygiene Notice: For consumer health and safety, certain personal hygiene formulations, opened dietary supplements, and sterile diagnostic supplies cannot be returned once seals are broken.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email your Order ID and photo proof to Medicalworld.contact@gmail.com.

Step 2: RMA Approval

Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Step 3: Verification

Our warehouse inspects the package and initiates refund within 5–7 days.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned package, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment mechanism via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
